Why I work here? I love working here because I have a passion for people and food! Mama Leone's is like home to me. I love the people I work with,every staff member is like part of my family,as well as all my regular customers, of course. What a great feeling it is going to work and meeting different people everyday. They make such a difference in my life as i believe we do for them( even if its a small one). We are the stewards of the special moments of people's lives. Our customers share their birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions and daily sustenance with us. What's a more honorable profession than hosting those occasions for our guests?

When I am not at work I am.. spending time with my family and friends,reading a book, traveling, or working out

What is your favorite meal at Mama Leones? Depends on my mood,I love the Greek salad which has chickpeas, my favorite, very healthy and high in fiber.The chicken Florentine Pizza on a wheat crustis one of my favorite pizzas,(I add roasted red peppers to it, and take away the chicken when im not eating meat). I love our Penne a LaSicliliano pasta dish, it has eggplant in a pesto cream sauce, sauteed with fresh mozzarella and topped with fresh basil. I love to enjoy this dish with a nice glass ofour J Lohr cabernet orCup Cake Red Velvet. Our truffle French fries are addictive, I can never have just a few! And For dessert, our homemade cinnamon buns always made fresh to order, they are simply the best!

Why I work here? I look forward to seeing my regular customers and meeting new people everyday. There is never a boring day here. We have a great staff, that are part of our family. There is never a dull moment here at Mama Leones, we dance,augh,sing in kitchen and sometimes in dining room too.Its always fun and full of good energy here! I feel like everytime we come into work, we're making someone's day a little bit better. Our business is all about people. It's not about widgets or spreadsheets; it's about making people happy.
